The Firm

A principal firm, built for scale.

Private capital. Flat decisions. Institutional standards.

Overview

One mandate. One standard.

Institutional Bridge Capital is a specialized private-credit asset manager focused on the programmatic acquisition and workout of first-lien real estate debt. We operate strictly in the private-treaty market — never public auction — as a confidential, immediate balance-sheet liquidity provider to non-bank originators, institutional aggregators, and warehouse credit facilities.

Our specialty is maturity-default paper: short-term bridge, construction, and investor debt that has crossed its contractual maturity date, where the underlying asset quality remains strong. We also acquire legacy non-performing and sub-performing debt as a secondary focus. We concentrate deliberately on four markets — New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida — rather than diluting capital across nationwide pipelines.

Our structure is deliberately flat. The people who price a tape are the people with the authority to close it — which is why counterparties receive answers in hours, not quarters. Tapes are never shopped, pricing is never floated to the market, and every conversation remains between principals.

Principles

How we hold ourselves.

Discretion

Your portfolio is never shopped and your name is never traded on. Every engagement begins and ends in confidence.

Rigor

Underwriting begins the day the tape arrives. Our diligence is thorough because our capital is our own.

Certainty

A bid from IBC is a bid that closes. We do not re-trade.

Alignment

Principal capital means principal accountability. We succeed only when the transaction performs as priced.

Leadership

Decision-makers, not committees.

Managing Principal

Two decades across special situations credit and whole-loan trading. Final authority on every commitment the firm makes.

Head of Acquisitions

Leads tape pricing and execution across our four core markets and every major asset class.

Head of Credit

Directs underwriting and diligence. Sets the standard that terms delivered are terms defended.

General Counsel

Oversees documentation, custodial transfer, and regulatory matters from letter of intent through close.
